Amaravati: Former Minister and YCP leader Ambati made sharp comments, saying that if Pawan Kalyan wants to become the CM, he has to go to Goa. He countered Pawan's statement that YS Jagan must go to Germany to get the opposition status. He posted this on his X account. Today, YCP MLAs and Jagan attended the Assembly. They protested demanding opposition status for YCP and obstructed the Governor's speech. Afterward, they walked out. Pawan Kalyan responded to this issue.
He spoke with the media in the Assembly premises. He said that opposition status was not something he or CM Chandrababu could give to YCP. The people did not give opposition status to that party. He mentioned that the party with a higher percentage of votes gets more time to speak, and that opportunity would only be in Germany. He said Jagan must go to that country if he wanted that chance. In Goa, there are only 40 Assembly seats, and the magic number to form a government is 21. During the last elections, Jana Sena too won 21 seats. It seems that Ambati Rambabu tweeted this in this context.
As the AP Assembly session began, the YCP made sharp comments on the coalition party. In this course, the YCP leaders, who attended the Assembly session, left within 10 minutes after entering. They demanded that they should be given opposition status. However, Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan spoke in a media session, saying that YCP would not receive opposition status in the next five years.
